ances of maltreatment against his commanders. He willfully crossed the LoC on 29 September, 2016 and surrendered himself to Pakistan Army. As a gesture of goodwil

in peace and tranquility along LoC and Working Boundary, Babulal C
hohan has been convinced to return to his country (India) and will be handed over to Indian auth
orities at Wagah Border on humanitarian grounds.
