KHAIRPUR: Sindh Industries and Production Minister Manzoor Hussain Wassan has claimed that 2018 general elections would likely be delayed or held before the completion of the current government’s tenure.
Speaking with local journalists in Kot Diji, Was
san predicted that the Grand Democratic Alliance would be disbanded and their members would join Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) or Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He claimed that Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan and London were the same thi
ng; and they would contest next general elections under a single banner.
Wassan maintained that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz was no more in a strong position due to is abysmal performance.
“A clash had been started between politicians and establishment, and in the process, may be some will go behind bars,” he said.
He said the PPP would win the upcoming elections with a majority and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would become prime minister.
Earlier, Wasan inaugurated the helpline Madadgar-15 in Kot Diji and announced the construction of a new building for Kumb Town Committee.
