uo;s order (SC) to the SHC that snubbed the interior ministry’s appeal to keep the models name in the Exit Control List (ECL).
The celebrity’s lawyer filed a petition
of contempt against the Interior Ministry in Sindh High Court (SHC).
When Justice Farooq Shah asked for a copy of the SC&rsq
uo;s order that uphe
ld SHC&rsquo
;s decision to remove Ayyan’s name from the ECL, the lawyer failed to present it.
The court has asked the models counsel to bring a copy on March 3.
SHC had ordered the removal of Ayyan Ali’s name from the EC
L earlier on 19 January.
